Global Planners, Inc. offers comprehensive event registration services that save our clients hundreds of hours of record keeping, data management, attendee correspondence, and cross-referencing of final details. 

Our dedicated Program Registration Specialists serve as your personal liaison, communicating directly with your meeting attendees on your behalf.  We send invitations, manage responses and answer questions, and provide you with regular registration updates.  We collaborate directly and regularly with your resort, hotel or conference center, including submission of your preliminary and final rooming lists.

Global Planners recognizes the importance of customer service in the attendee registration management process.  Our Program Registration Specialists field hundreds of daily phone call inquiries from meeting attendees, acting as liaisons between the client and the meeting attendees.  They gain a full understanding of all meeting details and provide necessary information to callers on behalf of our clients.  All calls are answered by a “live” person.  We personally work with each attendee to make sure his/her registration is on time, all requested information is complete, his/her travel is booked within budget, and special needs are promptly addressed.  This often entails personal follow-up with each individual meeting attendee via phone and email.

To complete the registration process, our team will handle your ground transportation needs, ensuring that your attendees arrive at your meeting feeling well taken care of.  We ensure the availability of any specific vehicles you may request, including, but not limited to limousine with driver, sedans, sports utility vehicles, full-size vans and minivans.  Global Planners is always able to arrange for special transportation needs you may have for vehicles with wheelchair accessibility.

Uniformed in our signature red shirts, Global Planners staff members can be there to meet and greet when your guests arrive at the airport, and to escort them to waiting ground transportation.
