The Corporate Event Specialist with whom you have worked throughout the meeting planning process will manage your event overall, assigning specific duties to your on-site team. Our meeting planning staff will arrive in advance and host a pre-event conference with key members of the hotel, transportation service providers, local activity coordinators and restaurant venues to ensure that every aspect of your meeting or conference is set in place according to plan and address any last-minute details.
Global Planners will staff a Hospitality/Registration Desk throughout your entire program to serve as a Personal Concierge, providing direct assistance to all attendees in answering questions and responding to any needs they may have. We will be there to deliver the warmest personal greetings and to provide pertinent information on your behalf. Each of your attendees and you will receive the utmost in personalized services and individual assistance with leisure activities, pre-/post-extension meals and activities, as well as assistance with questions regarding business center needs and laundry services.
